Mr. Ofek has over twenty five years Investment banking and asset management experience. He was involved in the syndication of transactions in excess of $3 Billion, managing a team of 120 employees . Mr. Ofek is licensed with FINRA, FSA, SEC and ISA. He participated in a recent transaction as an Investor in the only Israeli Wind Farm which signed a 400MW development agreement with AES. As a key partner in the principal Investor group, he initiated, negotiated, structured and financed a leveraged buyout of $5.25 billion dollar pension fund from Bank Hapoalim. Mr. Ofek hold a dual major B.A. (in mathematics and social sciences) from the university of Haifa University. British citizen
