Investments are made through project financing. We scale up the projects while building value in the asset under management leveraging deals through local experts and international financial lenders..
Financing Guidelines:
- Co-development, forward purchase (ex. warrant, conversion note, etc.).
- Equity ratio of 20% to 50% through preferred convertible notes.
- Mezzanine investments: Requiring equity kicker 5% to 20% with put option.
- Preferred loan with interest 10% to 15%.
- Debt Financing of a minimun of 75%
- Syndication through major banking / financial institutions
