Capabilities
CERAC is fully involved in the operations. 

The main Phases are: 

Phase I - will cover preparation of the project for execution and include all actions required for the successful, on-budget and on-schedule delivery of the Project. The scope of work in this phase will cover many aspects to coordinate the Project Designer and the Project Contractors while continuosly supervising the financial aspects.

Phase II - will cover Engineer construction, until start-up and operational commissioning until just after the acceptance of the Project. In this phase the Manager will oversee the phase starting from the commissioning to the acceptance and all related relationship with the off taker making sure he is on top of all the technical issues of the Project and more ... 

Phase III - will cover operations and maintenance (O&M)
